These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits www.areebpro.com and to everyone who buys or uses the Areeb Blogger template. By using the site or the template you agree to these terms.
1. Using the site
You may read, share links to and learn from our articles for personal and commercial blogging. You must not use the site to break the law, attack or overload it, scrape it in bulk, or try to get around its security or licence checks.
2. Our content
Articles, code snippets, images, designs and the Areeb name and logo belong to Areeb Pro unless stated otherwise. You may use short code snippets from our tutorials in your own projects. You may quote short parts of an article with a link back to it. You may not copy whole articles or republish them as your own.
3. Comments and messages
You are responsible for what you post. We may remove comments that are spam, offensive, illegal, misleading or off-topic, without notice. By posting a comment you allow us to display it on the site.
4. Template licence
When you buy Areeb you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template, under the plan you bought:
- Personal / single licence: one blog (one domain and its blogspot address).
- Multi-site or developer licences (if offered): the number of blogs stated on the product page.
You may change colours, fonts, layout and code for your own blog. The licence starts when payment is complete.
5. What the licence does not allow
- Reselling, sharing, giving away or uploading the template (original or modified) to any site, marketplace or group.
- Using one licence on more blogs than your plan allows.
- Removing or bypassing the licence check, or publishing a "nulled" copy.
- Claiming the template, or a copy based on it, as your own product.
Breaking these rules ends your licence immediately, without refund, and the template may stop working on your blog.
6. Licence keys
Each licence key is tied to the domain(s) you register. If you move your blog to a new domain, contact us and we will issue a new key for the new domain. The key and theme are checked in the visitor's browser; we may disable keys that are shared, leaked or used against these terms.
7. Payment, updates and support
- Prices are shown on the product page. Taxes may apply.
- You receive updates for the version you bought, as described on the product page.
- Support covers installing and setting up the template as documented. It does not cover custom design work, third-party code or problems caused by your own edits.
8. Refunds
Because the template is a digital file you can download and keep, sales are final once the file is downloaded or the licence key is issued; by completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and accept that the right of withdrawal for digital content ends at that point. We will gladly refund you if the template has a serious fault we cannot fix within 14 days of your support request, or if you were charged twice. Request a refund through the contact page within 14 days of purchase. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
9. Third-party parts
The template may include or load open-source fonts, icons and libraries, each under its own licence (credited in the documentation). Blogger, AdSense, Analytics and other Google services are governed by Google's own terms.
10. No warranty
The site, articles and template are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate, fast and compatible, but we do not promise they will be error-free, always available, or work with every Blogger change, browser or third-party widget.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Areeb Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost ad revenue from using the site or the template. Our total liability for any claim about the template is limited to the amount you paid for it.
12. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update. Areeb Pro is based in the Republic of Türkiye and serves visitors and customers worldwide. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer protection you have under the laws of the country where you live.
